<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of providing an environment ensuring desired security as required even in an environment ensuring no security, and a method and a program therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Limitation attribute information defining contents of limiting operations to electronic information is added to the electronic information. A limitation program for monitoring and controlling the operations to the electronic information is added to the electronic information.
