<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake caliper structure capable of preventing vibration of a caliper and protecting a bleeder screw, simplifying and reducing weight of the caliper. <P>SOLUTION: The brake caliper structure 10 has a cylinder 21 formed in the caliper 21 and presses pads 16, 17 against disk rotor 11 with a piston 18 in the cylinder 12. In this brake caliper structure 10, the caliper 12 is provided with the bleeder screw 41 discharging air in the cylinder 21 to an outside, a separate balance weight 45 suppressing vibration of the caliper 12 is provided, a distance L1 between a tip part 47a of the balance weight 45 and a rotation center 20a of a wheel 20 is larger than a distance L2 between a tip part 41a of the bleeder screw 41 and the rotation center 20a of the wheel 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
