<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the capability of a secondary battery, and prepare a power generation plan for reducing a fuel cost more than conventional method and apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A method for preparing the power generation plan for supplying power to a power system 10 in addition to the control of the secondary batteries 20 provided on the customer side, is provided with an estimation of the total demand power, a calculation of fixed power generated by fixed power generators 17, 18, a calculation of fluctuated power generated by a fluctuated power generator 16 within constrained conditions for meeting predetermined economical conditions, a calculation of a subtraction of the fixed power and fluctuated power from the total demand power and the total shared power shared by the secondary batteries, a calculation of individual shared power shared by each secondary battery 20 among the total shared power based on the current charge quantity and an operation schedule of each secondary battery, a determination of a new operation schedule or the charge/discharge quantity of each secondary battery based on the individual shared power, and a control of each secondary battery based on the new determined operation schedule or the charge/discharge quantity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
