PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal cabinet to be used for a kitchen counter, etc. with high flexibility in changing the disposition, and with maintained outer appearance and strength, and capable of being easily assembled in site. SOLUTION: The front face of the metal cabinet 10 is opened, and a notch 14 or opening 15 is formed in at least one side panel 11 of the cabinet. An edge part 16 formed by bending is disposed in the peripheral end of the notch 14 or opening 15, and a plurality of holes 17 are disposed near the peripheral end of the notch 14 or opening 15.
