PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an resin ring manufacturing method constituted so as to reduce the decrease quantity of glass fibers and a resin. SOLUTION: This resin ring manufacturing method 21 mainly includes an impregnation process S1 for immersing threads made of glass fibers in a resin liquid to impregnate them with the resin liquid, a wiping-off process S2 for wiping-off the excessively impregnated resin liquid, a winding process S3 for winding resin threads around a winding mold, a displacing process S4 for altering the winding position of the resin threads, a thermal curing process S5 for heating the winding mold around which the resin threads are wound to cure the resin liquid and a cutting process S7 for individually dividing a plurality of annular bodies formed by curing the resin liquid and connected from a connection body by cutting the connection body.
