The circular blade is used like a pair of scissors in combination with a counter blade. The position of the blade can be adjusted with a rotating button (4) acting on a spindle (2) moving in a threaded sleeve (3). The sleeve (3) serves as a stop for the adjusting mechanism (5.1, 5.2). A pin (6) radial attached to the sleeve (3) is guided through a slot (7) in the housing (1) and a slot in a lever (8), its bent front end used as an indicator at a scale (11). The lever (8) rotates around a bolt (9) at its rear and is held in position by a helical spring (12).
