PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web monitoring system which autonomously transmits warning data from a monitored apparatus to a server on real time and acquires monitor data from the monitored apparatus to display them without increasing processing loads of a monitoring terminal or a maintenance terminal, a data processing method, and the monitored apparatus. SOLUTION: Normally, the monitored apparatus 1 autonomously transmits trap (warning) data to the server 2 according to SNMP procedures through a network 3, and if receiving a request command for monitor data from the server 2 or the maintenance terminal 4, the own monitored apparatus transmits monitor data which are described in an XML format to the requester which is the server 2 or the maintenance terminal 4 through the network 3 as its response. The maintenance terminal 4 performs browser processing for the received monitor data to display them on an Web screen 45, and the monitor terminal 5 acquires monitor data from a database 221 of the sever 2 by a command response to display them.
