PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item search device outputting a proper candidate for an item according to an optional relevant keyword even if a part or none of a name of a content/commodity is known. SOLUTION: A list of item names serving as candidates is previously stored in an item list 203. A URL search part 201 searches a web page on the Internet based on the keyword. A text extraction part 202 acquires text information related to the keyword. A score counting part 204 counts a frequency of appearance of the item name included in the item list from the text information.
