PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and small pump which is low in noise and vibration by reducing vibration transmitted to a sound insulation case and a device installation stand simultaneously with reduction of noise and vibration generated by a pump element and a drive motor to drive this. SOLUTION: The pump is provided with a fluid discharge chamber; a pump housing 01 having a moving piston to flow fluid in the discharge chamber; a drive device 02 having a movable mechanism 25 to transmit a power to the moving piston 11; and a unit frame 03 to hold the pump housing and the drive device. The unit frame is constituted of a flat member having a side wall part 32 approximately in an L-shape in a cross section and a bottom wall part 31, and the pump housing and the drive motor are mounted in parallel on the side wall part in a longitudinal direction or a lateral direction. The unit frame is mounted on a device installation stand 41 through wave motion absorbers 43, such as rubber, felt, and sponge, and further, a sound insulation case 42 to cover the unit frame is mounted on the device installation stand 41.
