PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material capable of being used for a member made of a polycarbonate resin having a photocatalystic layer, and to provide a constructional structure, such as a roof, for which the sealing material is used. SOLUTION: This sealing material S is used for the member 4 made of the polycarbonate resin having the photocatalystic layer formed on a surface thereof, wherein the sealing material S is so composed that an organic polymer or a modified silicone polymer is contained therein as a main component, but a plasticizer and a solvent which damage the polycarbonate resin are not contained. A polyoxyalkylene-based polymer is used as the organic polymer, and a polymer comprising a 1-4C polyoxyalkylene polymer of which the terminals are each a dimethoxymethylsilicon group is used as the modified polymer, and further a filler, a curing agent, or the like is, if necessary, added to the sealing material. A photocatalytic function is sustained, by using the sealing material for a polycarbonate roof sheet material 4 furnished with a photocatalyst, and therefore a roof structure not causing cracks is realized.
