PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial robot chuck capable of reducing an installation cost and shortening the cycle time by suppressing vibration during operation and at the operation end of the industrial robot. SOLUTION: The weight of the industrial robot chuck is reduced by using metal for the industrial robot chuck and the part such as the connection parts with the industrial robot having a large load, and using light weight reinforced plastic for the parts such as a piston 2 and a cylinder 3 having not so large load.
