PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extracting components, used for easily and effectively extracting a target component from a solution containing a plurality of components, more specifically, to provide a PRP extracting device used for preparing a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from blood. SOLUTION: When the target component is extracted from the solution containing the plurality of components by using centrifugal separation, the component extraction device is attached to a vessel used in the centrifugal operation. The component extraction device has a structure which includes a holder attachable to the vessel and a sucking cylindrical body, being penetrated in the axial direction of the holder, and in which the length of the sucking cylindrical body projecting from the holder into the vessel, is made adjustable.
