PURPOSE: An ultrasonic image device and an ultrasonic wave video producing method are provided to offer an ultrasonic image having optimum quality. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic transmitting-receiving part(11) receives a reflected ultrasonic wave signal. An image generator(12) creates an image according to an ultrasonic signal estimated speed. An image segmentation part(14) creates an image of a partitioned area. A partitioned area determining part(15) calculates an energy value of the image of the partitioned area and determines the image of the partitioned area having minimum edge value. An image composition part(16) creates a whole ultrasonic image by combining the images of the partitioned area having the minimum edge value.
