A fluid separation element has flow-through tube with gas inlet and outlet, which is arranged in base carrier. The spiral-twisted segments (23a,23b',23b'') has thread which surfaces with inner wall of the flow-through tube, to form gas flow-path. The segment has length smaller or equal to 0.5 times its pitch. The segment and a base carrier with flow-through tubes are integrated as one piece. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) manufacturing method of fluid separation device; and (2) usage of fluid separation device.
