PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part in which at least the suction surface corresponding part of a core is coated with a cover in order to improve suction reliability by a nozzle and which prevents the coating cover from separating from the core. SOLUTION: A metal cover 10 includes a plate-shaped member 10A, a first inclined surface 4B1, a fifth inclined surface 5B1, a third inclined surface (not shown), a first-1 cover piece 10B1 opposed to a seventh inclined surface (not shown), a first-2 cover piece 10C1, a second-1 cover piece (not shown), and a second-2 cover piece (not shown). Notches 10a of anchoring effect generating part are formed at the cover pieces 10B1, 10C1, respectively. An electronic part body (chip part 2, metal frame terminal 3 and first and second cores 4 and 5) and the metal cover 10 are unified with an adhesive 11 intervened between the metal cover and the first and the second cores 4 and 5.
