<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure compensating apparatus with which the pressure difference between the inner part and the outer part of a bearing housing, can be reduced at a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the pressure compensating apparatus for compensating the pressure variation in a compartment sealed off in the compensating apparatus for the bearing housing having the compartment sealed with a seal (2a), this pressure compensating apparatus (4) has the housings (5, 6, 7), in which a bellows (9) is positioned, and has at least one of first opening (10) allowing the interior of the bellows (9) to communicate with the interior of the bearing housing developing the pressure variation and further, this pressure compensating apparatus (4) is co-operated with an additional opening (8) arranged so as to allow the shape change of this bellows for compensating the pressure variation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
