PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating evaporated fuel, having a simple structure, effectively cooling and liquefying evaporated fuel and recovering it to a fuel tank. SOLUTION: This device for treating evaporated fuel is provided with a canister 10 storing an adsorbent 10a; a charge passage 16 connecting the canister 10 with the fuel tank 12, charging evaporated fuel evaporated from the fuel tank 12 to the canister 10 and making the evaporated fuel adsorbed to the adsorbent 10a; a venting path 52 venting the canister 10 to the atmosphere; and a purge passage 50 connecting the canister 10 with an intake system (intake pipe 22) of an internal combustion engine (engine) 20 and making the intake system purge evaporated fuel separated from the adsorbent 10a. On the purge passage 50, an adsorbent passing part 50b passing through inside of the adsorbent 10a stored in the canister 10 is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
