<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer electrolyte membrane, its manufacturing method, and a fuel cell using the same which exhibit stably a favorable electricity generating performance in a long period at an operation temperature of about 100°C to 300°C under an operation condition of non-humidity or not more than 50% in relative humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The solid polymer electrolyte membrane comprises "A" component composed of at least one kind of basic polymers selected from a polybenzimidasole, a polybenzoxazole and a polybenzthiazole; B component composed of at least one kind of base polymers selected from a porous polyolefin graft-modified by a vinyl monomer, a porous fluorinated polyolefin graft-modified by a vinyl monomer, and a porous polyimide resin graft-modified by a vinyl monomer; and C component composed of at least one kind of inorganic acids selected from sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and a condensed phosphoric acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
