PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector having good appearance, and also, having no problem in terms of safety. SOLUTION: The projector 10 is provided with a projector main body 1 for enlarging and projecting image light, and a voice generator 25 such as a loudspeaker for generating sound or voice related to the image light, and a voice discharge port 153 for the voice generator 25 and an air inlet 152 and/or air outlets 151B<SB>1</SB>and 151B<SB>2</SB>are adjacently formed in a housing 15 such as an outer case for storing the projector main body 1 and the voice generator 25, and a sheet-like cover member 20 is arranged in front of the port 153, the air inlet 152 and/or the air outlets 151B<SB>1</SB>and 151B<SB>2</SB>.
