PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator cooling liquid injecting method for a complete closed type radiator and a radiator cooling liquid injecting adapter capable of accurately performing liquid level surface adjustment in a reservoir tank. SOLUTION: In the radiator cooling liquid injecting method, a radiator cooling liquid injecting device provided with a radiator cooling liquid injecting device main body 2 (base part) and a movable nozzle 3 installed on the radiator cooling liquid injecting device main body 2 slidably in an axial direction is used. Since a nozzle part 17 of the movable nozzle 3 is extended to a liquid level surface adjusting position h for injecting to a reservoir tank 63 and sucks radiator cooling liquid while opening to the air when the movable nozzle 3 is moved to a position where a seal part 16 abuts on the radiator cooling liquid injection device main body 2 under a condition where the radiator cooling liquid injection device main body 2 (base part) is connected to an over flow receiving groove part 92, liquid surface level adjustment in the reservoir tank can be accurately done.
