An integrally molded body of a silicone resin and silicone rubber comprises a cured body of a curable silicone composition (A) comprising an organopolysiloxane resin (A1) that contains at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups, and not less than 30 mole percent of total siloxane units of RsiO_3/2 units, an organopolysiloxane (A2) that contains at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms, and a platinum group metal catalyst (A3) in a catalytic amount, and a cured body of a silicone rubber composition (B) comprising diorganopolysiloxane (B1) that contains at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups, a organopolysiloxane (B2) that contains at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms, and a platinum group metal catalyst or an organic peroxide (B3) in a catalytic amount. The manufacture of the integrally molded body is carried out by curing composition (A) and composition (B) in the same mold.
