<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with appropriate information on diet therapy by collecting health data of the user and managing the health condition of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular telephone 10 measures health data on body temperature, pulse rate, body fat ratio and the like, and sends them to a healthcare server 20. The healthcare server 20 accumulates and manages the received health data in a health measurement information database 23, and analyzes the health condition of the user according to the accumulated health data. The healthcare server 20 extracts menu data from a menu information database 24 according to the analysis results. The healthcare server 20 extracts foodstuff data and store data corresponding to the menu data from a store information database 25 to generate shopping information.
