PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit of simple structure capable of preventing corrosion of a pulley even if the pulley made of light metals is brought in contact with a different kind of metal of an outer ring of a bearing and capable of preventing increase of man-hour and costs. SOLUTION: The pulley unit for an automobile auxiliary machine belt/timing belt formed by fitting/fixing the inner peripheral surface of the pulley made of light metals to the outer peripheral surface of an outer ring of a rolling bearing formed by rotatably pinching a plurality of rolling elements between the outer ring and an inner ring. The inner peripheral surface of the pulley is fitted in the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring of the rolling bearing at a nearly central part thereof, and both side inner peripheral surfaces are formed in both sides of the outer ring in the axial direction, and the both side inner peripheral surfaces and both side end surface parts of the outer ring are respectively sealed by a seal member.
