PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building reinforcing hardware to be securely and firmly mounted on a building later and constructed without destroying an outer wall and entering under a floor. SOLUTION: When fixing a column L-shaped plate 3 with a pull-in bolt receiver 9 to a column, a column portion is securely and firmly mounted thereon with a through-bolt 4 passing through the opposite angle of the column without destroying the outer wall. When fixing a foundation L-shaped plate 5 with the pull-in bolt receiver 9 to a foundation, a foundation portion is securely and firmly mounted thereon with a foundation through-bolt 7, a foundation through-nut 6 and a fixing bolt 14 connected together through the outside of a building without entering under the floor.
