PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snowfall sensor device capable of showing sufficiently a snow accretion prevention function by heat retaining heaters. SOLUTION: In this snowfall sensor device, a structure is adopted, wherein the heat from the heat retaining heaters 24-26 is transferred to a window part 8 of a casing 1 through a radiation plate 11 formed from a heat good conductor. Hereby, a part of the heat from the heat retaining heaters 24-26 is transferred to the window part 8 of the casing 1, while being released from the radiation plate 11 into the casing inside, and the temperature of the window part 8 is raised up to a temperature for melting the snow quickly without deforming the window part 8 by heat.
