<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor where a time stamp synchronized with the clock of an encoder can be added to a TS (Transport Stream)packet at low costs, and to provide a program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A PCR extraction means 34 extracts a PCR (Program Clock Reference) from the TS packet containing the PCR. A time stamp shaping means 38 shapes the PCR into a prescribed shape and loads the PCR to a counter 16 to correct a counted value, and sends the PCR to a time stamp adding means 40. The time stamp adding means 40 adds the PCR to the TS packet containing the PCR as a time stamp, and adds the counted value of the counter 16 to the TS packet which does not contain the PCR as the time stamp. By correcting the counted value of the counter 16 by the PCR, the time stamp synchronized with the clock of an encoder can be added to the TS packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
