<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seasoning having excellent flavor capable of being added to food, and giving body, sweet taste, thick feeling and feeling of fat, and especially improving flavor of a milk product, and giving body, sweet taste, thick feeling, feeling of fat and feeling of milk. <P>SOLUTION: The seasoning obtained by subjecting fruit juice and yeast extract to thermal reaction, and a method for producing the seasoning are each provided.
