PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb vibration having a predetermined frequency with vibration of a movable plate arranged inside a partitioning member for partitioning a main liquid chamber and an auxiliary liquid chamber when the vibration having the predetermined frequency is input, and to prevent transmission of internal noise generated from inside of the device to a vibration receiving part as noise. SOLUTION: In a vibration control device 10, an insulator part 34 integrally formed with an elastic body 16 is interposed between a holder part 92 of a bracket fitting 88 and an outer cylindrical fitting 14 to be inserted into the holder part 92, and the outer cylindrical fitting 14 is held in the non-contact condition in relation to the holder part 92. With this structure, the movable plate 86 vibrates inside a housing chamber 78 when the vibration is input to a connecting fitting 12 or the outer cylindrical fitting 14, and the movable plate 86, synchronously with this vibration, abuts on a bottom plate part 75 of the partitioning fitting 44 and a bottom plate part 79 of the partitioning member 42. Even if hitting noise is generated inside the outer cylindrical fitting 14 by this collision, the insulator part 34 having elasticity restricts transmission of shock noise from the outer cylindrical fitting 14 to the bracket fitting 88, and the shock noise is absorbed by the insulator part 34.
