摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PMA synchronous reluctance motor, with which the efficiency of motor is made higher and production unit price is decreased, reducing the amount of magnets used, while amply increasing the number of flux barriers, when the magnets to be interposed into the flux barriers of a rotor are magnetized by winding, and to provide a magnetization method therefor. SOLUTION: In the PMA synchronous reluctance motor which is constituted, including a stator 10 on which a coil is wound, and the rotor 20 mounted rotatably inside the stator 10, and in which a plurality of the flux barriers 30 are formed in the inside and the outside of the rotor 20 along the radius of the rotor 20, the magnets 31 are interposed in a portion of the flux barriers 30 formed outside the rotor 20, and a bridge 32 is formed, corresponding to the positions of the magnets 31 inserted into the outside flux barriers 30 so that a magnetic flux path is formed at the flux barriers 30 formed in the inside, when the magnets 31 are magnetized by wire winding.
