PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound common mode choke coil in which lowering of the back was performed. SOLUTION: The compound common mode choke coil includes a first coil layer 26, a second coil layer 28 and a varistor layer 27. In the first coil layer 26, a plurality of sheet-shaped materials are laminated, and first coil conductors 33 are forme on the respective sheet-shaped materials. In the second coil layer 28, a second coil conductor 36 was formed. In the varistor layer 27, a spiral conductor 40 was formed. The spiral conductor 40 is arranged facing spiral conductors 31, 34 so that at least parts of them are overlapped when viewed from a lamination direction.
