<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reaction between a foamed core of a poly(ether imide) resin and the adhesive of an FRP face plate or a resin in a prepreg and the reaction between split cores and an adhesive during the production of a sand wich structure. SOLUTION: During the production of the sandwich structure 26 in which FRP face plates are adhered to both surfaces of the foamed core 1 of the poly(ether imide) resin by an adhesive, or the face plates 24 of the uncured fiber-reinforced resin prepreg are arranged for joining by heating, curing, and molding, a resin film 23 for preventing the reaction with the adhesive or the resin in the prepreg face plate and the mutual reaction of the adhesives 25 of the split cores is formed on the surface of the foamed core 1.</p> |
