The assembly has a luggage cover (2) and a sun visor curtain (3) respectively with rollers (5, 10) and conveyor belts (6, 11). The belt (6) of the cover is associated at its longitudinal outer part (14) to a case (9) of the curtain so that the case is moved between rolled and deployed positions of the part (14). The luggage cover has a case (4) with units for fixation to cabinetwork of a motor vehicle. The conveyor belts (6, 11) are associated to the corresponding rollers (5, 10) to be moved between rolled and deployed positions.
