PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a column-beam joining part of a precast concrete column, capable of portably and effectively joining mutual X-shaped bar arrangements. SOLUTION: Left and right precast concrete beams are placed on the upper end of the column, and a hoop reinforcement 6 is installed on a column main reinforcement of the precast concrete column of a lower story. A blockout form forming an inverse trapezoidal shape is installed on a sleeve joint 3 on the tip of the X-shaped bar arrangement, and a template is installed, and the blockout form is positioned on and fixed to this template. The form is located, and concrete is placed, and after the placed concrete reveals strength, the form is disassembled, and the blockout form is separated. Grout is filled in the sleeve joint 3 of the X-shaped bar arrangement exposed to a partially recessed part of a trace of separating the blockout form, and afterwards, the precast concrete column of an upper story is installed. The mutual X-shaped bar arrangements are joined by inserting the X-shaped bar arrangement projected from its lower end into the sleeve joint 3 via the partially recessed part.
