PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly discharge a viscous cosmetic inside a housing part to an application surface in a wide range, to smoothly and quickly apply the viscous cosmetic to a part to be applied, to prevent the application irregularities of the viscous cosmetic or the like, and to improve a finish feeling. SOLUTION: The viscous cosmetic 13 is housed in a cylindrical or tubular housing part 10, one, two or more distribution ports 14 of the viscous cosmetic 13 are formed on the tip wall 11 of the housing part 10, the application surface 12 is provided on the outer side of the wall 11, and the viscous cosmetic 13 housed inside the housing part 10 is pressurized and is extruded from the distribution ports 14 to the outer part. The distribution ports 14 are formed so that a formation axis is inclined with respect to the application surface 12 and are formed by inclining the formation axes of the respective distribution ports 14 in different inclination directions.
