PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electronic signature system which does not stress a memory storage in a server efficiently when a signature client makes a signature request of a big amount of electronic data, using a shared signature key. SOLUTION: A hash data forming means 12 forms first hash data from first electronic data by using a predetermined hash function, and second hash data from second electronic data. A hash data integration means 14 forms integrated hash data from the first hash data and the second hash data by using the predetermined hash function. A signature means 16 puts an electronic signature on the integrated hash data with the secret key of the signature client, and forms signature data. A capsule data forming means 18 associates the first electronic data, the second electronic data, the first hash data, and the second hash data with the signature data; and forms the capsule data from the associated data.
