PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out transmission of print data to a print head of an inkjet printer. SOLUTION: This printing control device carries out the transmission of print data by each nozzle block, generation of a latch signal to be applied to the print head for the transmitted print data and generation of a heat pulse signal for the latched print data at an ejection timing. The printing control device generates the latch signal for latching the print data on the print head by considering the term of the generation of the heat pulse and the interval of the ejection timings.
