PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong trouble-free device intended for solving such a problem that a conventional device easily breaks and brings many troubles. SOLUTION: This device in a first means is made up of a circular bottom plate, a central pillar, a cylindrical peripheral wall set upright on the upper part of the bottom plate, a moving back wall rotating around the pillar, an output port made by opening part of the bottom plate, and an output device installed on the upper part of the output port.
