Magnetic processing equipment (50) for engines provided in a fuel supply line (23) or an air intake line (32) of an engine (10) for magnetically processing fuel or intake air comprises a magnet pair (53) consisting of a pair of permanent magnets (52) disposed oppositely on the opposite sides of a pipe (51) (the fuel supply line (23), the intake line (32)) and generating a flux in the direction perpendicular to the fuel or intake air flow, and a case (56) covering the magnet pair (53). The case (56) contains a plurality of magnet pairs (53) which are arranged along the pipe (51) at certain intervals.
