FIELD: medicine, pulmonology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions comprising beta-2-receptor agonist and steroid used in treatment of inflammatory or obstructive diseases of respiratory ways. Medicinal agent comprises a component (A) representing formoterol or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or formoterol solvate or indicated salt, and a component (B) representing mometasone furoate designated for treatment of inflammatory or obstructive disease of respiratory ways. The composition provides declining doses or mometasone furoate or formoterol significantly that are necessary for providing the specific therapeutic effect as compared with doses required in treatment in using mometasone furoate or formoterol only.
