PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article-retaining device of a vehicle enabling a support to be moved smoothly and the number of components to be reduced. SOLUTION: This article-retaining device 10 for a vehicle comprises a holder main body 20 having a storing part 21 where an article is stored, a support 30 rotatably supported at the holder main body 20, a support biasing spring 40 rotated to force the support 30 in such a direction as one where the support 30 can be protruded into the storing part 21 in respect to the holder main body 20, a support stopper 50 arranged at the holder main body 20 to restrict a rotation range of the support 30, a guide 60 arranged at the holder main body 20 to extend in an article loading-in or an article unloading direction against the storing part 21, installed in an arcuate manner around the support stopper 50 so as to slidably support a rotary shaft 31 of the support 30, and a shaft biasing spring 70 for use in biasing the rotary shaft 31 of the support 30 toward an opening 22 of the storing part 21 in respect to the holder main body 20.
