PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead body having a strengthened ring formed by braiding and covering the outer periphery of a foamed core of a synthetic resin because a conventional lead is heavy and nonelastic, and has a weak tightening means of the attached ring. SOLUTION: The lead 12 is formed by forming the lead body 1 by braiding and covering 5 the outer periphery of the foamed core 2 of the synthetic resin covered with a nonwoven fabric 3, and covering the positions having a seam obtained by folding the terminal part of the lead body 1 having a holding device 7, present at one terminal, and a seam obtained by folding the other terminal part, and each tightened by C-shaped rings 8, with tube caps 10.
