PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent local oppression on joining parts 56 between phalanxes and metatarsuses of a forefinger, a middle finger and a third finger and prevent the development of shoe-bite or callus on the parts, even if a user wears shoes with high heel step such as high-heeled shoes. SOLUTION: A sole member 7 consisting of a single layer or multilayer is provided with a ground contact pressure reducing part 9 (a recessed part, a hole part, an elastic material or the like) in a part corresponding to the joining parts 56 of the phalanxes and the metatarsuses of the forefinger, the middle finger and the third finger of a foot. The attachment of a sole pad 11 for a sock liner or an external sole pad 12 with the ground contact pressure reducing part 9 may produce the same effect. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
