<p>A method and an apparatus for load balancing by base station in a mobile communication system network are provided to receive and process calls dispersedly to solve call limit caused by call congestion generated in a base station for serving a specific zone, thereby reducing a call failure rate and contributing to customer satisfaction and sale increase. A method for load balancing by base station in a mobile communication system network comprises the following steps of: measuring loads by base station(310); confirming current loads of neighboring base stations included in a naver list if the measured value is bigger than a preset load threshold value(320,330); determining a control value corresponding to the current load by including the neighboring base station in load balancing if the current load value of the neighboring base stations are bigger than a load threshold value for including the neighboring base station in the load balancing(340,350); determining a load control value of a base station after the load control values for all neighboring base stations are determined(360); and controlling an output of the base station or performing load balancing for controlling inclination of an antenna according to the determined load control value(370).</p> |
