PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide siloxanes modified with a polyester, extremely improving lubrication, scratch resistance and water repellency of a final product containing the siloxanes. SOLUTION: The siloxanes modified with the polyester are represented by general formula (I) [wherein, A is a 1-8C alkyl group; Z is a 1-14C aliphatic group; R includes at least three ester bonds, has 200-4,000 g/mol weight average molecular weight, and is an aliphatic and/or alicyclic and/or aromatic polyester group free from a Zerewitinoff hydrogen atom; Q is a group free from a Zerewitinoff hydrogen atom and free from a reactive carbon-carbon double bond; m is 3-200; and o+n=2 (with the proviso that o and n are not zero)].
