PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate for a table by which only a surface plate can be easily exchanged when it is scratched or exchanged with a new one of desired different design and sufficient strength is maintained, and a foldable table capable of maintaining the sufficient strength and improving convenience by being provided with the same. SOLUTION: The top plate 2 for the table is almost horizontally supported by a leg body 3.
