PROCESS FOR COMBINED MEDICAMENTOUS CORRECTION OF HYPERLIPIDEMIA IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE AND DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE II

The process for the combined medicamentous correction of hyperlipidemia in the patients with the ischemic heart disease and diabetes mellitus type II provides for hypolipidemic drug in the setting of the conventional therapy used for these patients under control of the biochemical parameters of blood prior to and after the treatment. Three months later, the parameters of the lipid metabolism are assessed once again, in particular the total cholesterol, cholesterol of the low density lipoproteins, and triglycerides. When the control parameters fall short of the target levels, Rosiglitason is prescribed as antidiabetic drug belonging to thiasolidenedions.
