A vibratory digging out working element contains a frame, whereon ploughshares, kinematically connected with a drive setting thereof in oscillation movement in the longitudinal and vertical plane are mounted by means of hinges and posts. The rear parts of the ploughshares are made as rotary relative to the front parts of the ploughshares in the longitudinal and vertical plane and connected to them by flat hinges arranged in the lower parts thereof. From above the both parts of the ploughshares are connected between each other by extension springs, the rear parts of the ploughshares disposed from the rear sides of the front parts.
