Prefabricated cutter consists of bracket, on bearing surface of which the cutting plate is fixed with the help of pivotal pin which interacts with the enveloping sides. It is equipped with a cover plate rigidly fixed on the bracket, on which enveloping sides are executed, and bearing surface on the bracket is executed in the form of an open throughgroove.
