PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire 16 having excellent quality and productivity. SOLUTION: The tire 16 has a side wall part 20, a clinch part 22 and a bead part 24. The profile of the tire 16 has a first arc 46, a second arc 48 and a third arc 50. The first arc 46 and the second arc 48 are projecting inwardly. The third arc 50 is projecting outwardly. A point M corresponding to the highest point M' of a rim flange 42 is on the second arc 48. A point P3 is in a vicinity of a clincher line 44. The point P is also on the second arc 48.
