PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree-grafting device equipped with cutting devices, easy for attaching/detaching cutting blades even having a compact cover, and without damaging the stem parts of necessary seedlings on cutting the seedlings with the cutting blades. SOLUTION: This tree-grafting device is provided by installing a scion-cutting cover at the surface of the near side of a rotating axial center of the cutting blade 96 of a scion-cutting device 23 along with the part except for the cutting position, constituting a stock seedling-cutting device 19 rotating from its upper direction toward lower direction to cut the stem part of the stock seedling and installing the stock seedling-cutting blade cover 127 at the surface of the near side of the rotating axial center of the cutting blade 116 of the stock seedling-cutting device 19 along the part except for the cutting position. The cutting blade covers 127 (only the stock seeding is shown in Figure) of the cutting devices 19, 23 are each made to have a simple constitution and easy for attaching/detaching.
